TAZ Preseason Fitness & Conditioning Camp Fitness
This program is designed for anyone in grades 7-12 looking to increase their fitness goals for the start of their fall high school or middle school sports season. All fitness levels are welcome! This non-sport specific training consists of (5) 2-hour days incorporating fitness drills to enhance endurance, speed, footwork, agility, full body strength training, core-based exercises, balance and flexibility. Depending on the weather, this camp will be held outside (will go inside for inclement weather), so bring the appropriate footwear (running/cross training shoes, turf shoes).
You will also need an exercise mat, water bottle, hand held weights (approx.. 5-8 lbs.), and a few healthy snacks if you wish. Join us while we work out together and get ready for your upcoming fall season!

Fitness tank is included with the full 5-day payment.
Camp is being held at Avon High School.
Fee: 5 days: $100 (includes fitness tank)
Individual day fee: $25/day (fitness tank not included)
